Each lesson foresees a final tasting of the dishes along with with a selection of Italian wines, and a free kit that includes an apron, recipe book and the school diary.
Courses for children are designed to encourage children to express their creativity through the tasting and handling of ingredients, stimulating their imagination with real games of taste. For adults who want to work with their children, the school offers duo courses, such as “Our picnic” and “Time for a snack”. And for children aged between 12 to 17 there are also lessons dedicated to the foods most popular with teenagers, from tortillas to pancakes.
