Angelo Renoldi
Non-executive, independent director
Angelo Renoldi was born in Busto Arsizio (VA) in 1949. He graduated in business administration at Bocconi University, and is an accountant and auditor.
Renoldi has taught business management and value creation at the University of Bergamo since 1995, where he served as deputy pro-rector (from 1999 to 2009) and director of the SDM School of Management (from 2004 to 2008).
Author of numerous monographs on management and company valuation; he has published articles, contributions and analysis in specialist journals and collections of studies.
He provides consultancy in the field of corporate transactions and company and intangible assets valuation, and has been an expert witness for Italian and foreign companies in disputes in the field of intellectual property and unfair competition.
Member of the Board of Directors of Arnoldo Mondadori Editore S.p.A. since November 2010.
Renoldi is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mediolanum Vita S.p.A. and of Mediolanum Assicurazioni S.p.A.
