Alceo Rapagna

Alceo Rapagna, born in Teramo on 12 July 1969, after graduating in mechanical engineering and specializing in energy engineering, earned an MBA at Scuola Superiore Enrico Mattei.

He started his professional experience in 1996 as an investment analyst at Agip S.p.A. and in 1998 became a partner of McKinsey & Company Inc. In 2011, he joined RCS MediaGroup as Chief Digital Officer, where he was also Chief Marketing & New Business Officer from 2015 to 2016. 

From 2013 to 2015, co-founder and member of the board of Epic SIM S.p.A.

In 2016, he became Chief Digital Officer of OTB Group S.p.A.

Since 2018, CEO Italy and Global Strategy Officer of Startupbootcamp, Innoleaps and The Talent Institute. 

Alceo Rapagna has been a member of the Board of Directors of Arnoldo Mondadori Editore since April 2021.

Also founder and board member of Moffu Labs S.r.l. since 2014.
